A VGA cable is included but I didn't find that fact anywhere, so I bought a cable from Amazon. When the monitor arrived a VGA cable was in fact included. This information should be included in the description. This review is from: Acer V173 DJOb 17-Inch Screen LCD Monitor (Personal Computers) Good monitor; I needed something small for a smaller workspace and this fits the bill. I am used to working with higher end equipment. My last 2nd monitor (running off my macbook pro with an adapter of course) could turn 180 degrees. This can't. It's a little top heavy with a cheap sort of base and I work on a rollaround desk, from my bedroom so there is an obvious challenge there-but it hasn't taken the plunge yet. Overall it's working just fine and does what its' supposed to do. I'm pleased with the product. Just know it's limited in features and you won't have a problem.
